Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el grado de relación de la gestión administrativa y la calidad del servicio que presta el centro de capacitación de Trujillo; la investigación pertenece al enfoque cuantitativo, cuyo alcance es descriptivo/correlacional, con diseño no experimental, la población se consideró tomando en cuenta las 5 carreras más demandadas de los últimos años y la muestra consta de 270 estudiantes. Se utilizó como instrumento el cuestionario y se aplicó a toda la muestra. Los resultados de la investigación muestran que el 54.44% de los encuestados expresan que tienen una muy buena gestión administrativa, los mismos que presentan una muy buena calidad de servicio, al 95% de confiabilidad utilizando la prueba estadística Chi Cuadrado y el software SPSS, se puede afirmar que existe relación significativa entre la gestión administrativa y la calidad de servicio que se brinda a los usuarios del centro de capacitación de Trujillo - PROIND; dado que p < 0.05, así mismo el grado de relación encontrada entre las dimensiones de la gestión administrativa mediante el coeficiente Spearman varían de manera positiva, a medida que mejora la gestión administrativa también mejorará la calidad de servicio.
ABSTRACT The objective of this research work was to determine the degree of relationship between administrative management and the quality of the service provided by the Trujillo Training Center; The research belongs to the quantitative approach, whose scope is descriptive/correlational, with a non-experimental design, the population was considered taking into account the 5 most in-demand careers in recent years and the sample consists of 270 students. The questionnaire was used as an instrument and was applied to the entire sample. The results of the research show that 54.44% of the respondents express that they have a very good administrative management, the same ones that present a very good quality of service, at 95% reliability using the Chi Square statistical test and the SPSS software, it is can affirm that there is a significant relationship between administrative management and the quality of service provided to users of the Trujillo Training Center - PROIND; Given that p < 0.05, likewise the degree of relationship found between the dimensions of Administrative Management through the Spearman coefficient varies positively, as administrative management improves, the quality of service will also improve.
