Abstract
This research aims to devise an internal communication plan to bolster the work environment among teachers within an educational institution in Trujillo. Employing a quantitative approach with a non-experimental design at a descriptive level, the study engaged 59 regular basic education teachers. The research utilized the Institutional Climate Questionnaire instrument developed by Bris (1999) to gather data. Findings indicate that internal communication among teaching staff is perceived as average by 71.2% of teachers, while the overall work environment is considered fair by 47.5% of respondents. Specifically, communication, motivation, trust, and participation levels, as perceived by surveyed teachers, stand at 50.85%, 49.2%, 47.5%, and 54.24%, respectively, at a fair level. Consequently, the study concludes that implementing an internal communication plan tailored to the needs and expectations of teachers is imperative.
