dc.descriptionThis document describes the development of a computer system called "SGA" version 1.0, which will improve the Academic Management Institute Manuel Banda off Guadalupe - Liberty._x000D_ The Institute Manuel Banda of Guadalupe has been experiencing an increase in their freshmen, which has meant an increase of students. Because all its activities the Institute is done manually and does not have a computer system to help improve the automation of the academic, this entails performing repetitive tasks, have inconsistent records also waste time students to manually perform the entire registration process, causing discomfort. So the development of a software-type computer system which would give good service is proposed that online enrollment dare make a website more quickly, efficiently and safely._x000D_ To develop the computer system had to learn dare surveys and meetings with members of the aforementioned Institute, the SCRUM methodology was used. Was used the PHP programming language and HTML, also the Netbeans IDE 8.02 previously set for the creation of the systemes_PE
dc.description.abstractEn este documento se muestra el desarrollo de un Sistema Informático llamado “SGA” en su versión 1.0, que permitirá mejorar la Gestión Académica del Instituto Manuel Banda de Guadalupe – La Libertad._x000D_ El Instituto Manuel Banda de Guadalupe ha venido experimentando un aumento de sus alumnos de primer ingreso, lo que ha significado un aumento del alumnado. Debido a que el Instituto todas sus actividades lo realizan de forma manual y no cuenta con un sistema informático que ayude a mejorar la automatización de los procesos Académicos, esto trae consigo la realización de tareas repetitivas, tener registros inconsistentes, además que los alumnos pierdan tiempo al realizar de forma manual todo el proceso de matrícula, causándoles malestar. Por lo que se propone el desarrollo de un software de tipo sistema de informático que permita dar un buen servicio, que la matrícula se realice por internet atreves de una página web, de una manera más rápida, eficiente y segura._x000D_ Para el desarrollo del sistema informático se tuvo que obtener información atreves de encuestas y citas con los miembros del Instituto antes mencionado, se utilizó la metodología SCRUM. Se hizo usó los lenguaje de programación PHP y HTML, Además el IDE Netbeans 8.02 previamente configurado para la creación del sistemaes_PE
