dc.descriptionThe present research has as main objective To determine the main factors that explain the growth in the export of Peruvian fresh blueberries during the years 2006-2015. This will give you a clearer idea of why the growing demand for blueberries not only in Peru but also in the world. The problem is to answer the following question: What are the main factors that explain the growing exports of fresh Peruvian blueberries during the period 2006-2015? The methodology followed, both to obtain information and to analyze the data obtained, involved the use of statistics provided by SIICEX, PROMPERÚ (in relation to national blueberry exports). In addition, publications from state agencies such as the Sierra Exportadora were used to obtain information to better understand the properties and determinants of demand for blueberries. In order to analyze the variables, we used the Microsoft Excel 2013 program and information gathered from research carried out by various authors and institutions, including the three mentioned above. The results show that the main determinants of Peruvian fresh blueberry export are the organic origin of blueberry production, the growing demand for organic products in the world and price levels.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal Determinar los principales factores que explican el crecimiento en la exportación de arándanos frescos peruanos, durante los años 2006-2015. Esto permitirá tener una idea más clara del por qué la creciente demanda de arándanos no sólo en el Perú sino también en el mundo. El problema que se plantea busca dar respuesta a la siguiente interrogante ¿Cuáles son los principales factores que explican la creciente exportación de arándanos frescos peruanos, durante el periodo 20062015? La metodología que se sigue, tanto para obtener información como para analizar los datos obtenidos, involucró recurrir a estadísticas proporcionadas por SIICEX, PROMPERÚ (respecto de los montos de exportaciones nacionales de arándanos). Además, se recurrió a publicaciones de organismos estatales como Sierra Exportadora, a fin de obtener información que permita conocer mejor las propiedades y los determinantes de la demanda de los arándanos. Para hacer el análisis de las variables se utilizó el programa Microsoft Excel 2013 e información recopilada de investigaciones hechas por diversos autores e instituciones, entre ellas las tres antes mencionadas. Los resultados muestran que los principales determinantes de la exportación de arándanos frescos peruanos son el origen orgánico de la producción de arándanos, la creciente demanda de productos orgánicos en el mundo y los niveles de precio.es_PE
