dc.descriptionThe current thesis, was expressed with the intention of establishing the "influence of the corporate SOCIAL responsibility actions in SOCIAL welfare workers of the company DANPER TRUJILLO S.A.C. in the plant TRUJILLO." To this type of research explanatory, taking as a basis the descriptive design - has been estimated explanatory, and the sample set consists of 71 workers both employees and workers of the company, with which applied the methods and techniques of quantitative and qualitative research. Reached deductions demonstrate that the actions of corporate social responsibility (RSEI) developed by Danper Trujillo S.A.C. in the Trujillo plant. contribute significantly with the welfare of the workers because it allows them to improve the following set of factors: physical and mental health, recreation and integration, labour, individual and family, which helps to maintain an adequate quality of life, knowing that the ambient through its contribution to social programs that run the company achieving improved self-esteem, growth and professional delightes_ES
dc.description.abstractLa actual tesis, se plasmó con la intención de establecer la “INFLUENCIA DE LAS ACCIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL EMPRESARIAL EN EL BIENESTAR SOCIAL DE LOS TRABAJADORES DE LA EMPRESA DANPER TRUJILLO S.A.C. EN LA PLANTA TRUJILLO, AÑO 2015” Hacia ello se ha estimado el tipo de investigación explicativa, teniendo como base el diseño descriptivo - explicativo, y la muestra a conjunto consta de 71 trabajadores tanto empleados como obreros de la empresa, con los cuales se aplicaron los métodos y técnicas de la investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa. Las deducciones alcanzadas demuestran que las acciones de responsabilidad social empresarial (RSEI) que desarrolla Danper Trujillo S.A.C. en la Planta Trujillo. aportan significativamente con el bienestar social de los trabajadores, porque les permite mejorar el siguiente conjunto de factores: salud física y mental, recreación e integración, laboral, individual y familiar, que contribuye a mantener una adecuada calidad de vida, sabiendo que el ambiente laboral accede un aspecto primordial para el ser humano, mejorando su perfeccionamiento tanto individual- familiar como social, así mismo la empresa Danper S.A. brinda un plazo a sus trabajadores de influir eficazmente sobre su propio ambiente de trabajo a través de su aportación en los programas sociales que ejecuta la empresa logrando mejorar la autoestima, crecimiento y deleite profesional.es_ES
