dc.descriptionThe principal objective of the present research was to determine the coverage and the journalistic treatment of the cultural heritage in the newspapers of La Libertad region, La Industria, Correo and Nuevo Norte, in the period January to July 2018 Research by its approach is quantitative, for its purposes is basic, and its design is comparative descriptive of a single box. In order to collect the data, the content analysis technique was used, applying as a tool a content analysis sheet, based on (Monjas, 2012), (Garay, 2013), (Aguilera, 2015), (Rivera, 2017), (Abanto & Zegarra, 2017) and (Sáenz, 2017). The study of the journalistic coverage variable included as indicators the information theme, information sources and coverage index. In the other hand the journalistic treatment variable considered as indicators the genres headlines, information extension, information location and iconic elements. As a result of this research the little of the coverage provided to cultural heritage of La Libertad and the deficient journalistic treatment were evidenced, because it was being disseminated mainly as an informative content related to some high impact event and not because of its nature as a part of the identity of the Peruvian people and La Libertad’s people.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal, determinar la cobertura y el tratamiento Periodístico sobre Patrimonio cultural de la región La Libertad, en los diarios La Industria, Correo y Nuevo Norte de Trujillo, periodo enero-julio del año 2018. La investigación por su enfoque es cuantitativa, por sus fines, básica, y por su diseño es descriptiva comparativa de una sola casilla. Para recoger los datos se ha utilizado la técnica de análisis de contenido, aplicando como instrumento una Ficha de análisis de contenido basado en (Monjas, 2012), (Garay, 2013), (Aguilera, 2015), (Rivera, 2017), (Abanto & Zegarra, 2017) y (Sáenz, 2017). El estudio de la variable Cobertura Periodística comprendió los indicadores Tema de la Información, Fuentes de la Información, Índice de Cobertura. Mientras que para estudio de la variable Tratamiento Periodístico, se consideró los indicadores Géneros Periodísticos, Titulares, Extensión de la Información, Ubicación de la Información y Elementos Icónicos. Como resultado de la investigación se evidenció la poca cobertura que se le brinda al tema de Patrimonio Cultural de La Libertad y el tratamiento periodístico deficiente, siendo difundido mayormente como un contenido informativo asociado con algún hecho de alto impacto y no por su naturaleza como parte de la identidad de peruanos y liberteños.es_PE
