Abstract
El presente estudio de tipo descriptivo-correlacional y de corte transversal, tuvo como objetivo
determinar si existe relación entre el conocimiento de la filosofía organizacional y la satisfacción del
usuario interno del centro de salud Yugoslavia en el año 2020, la cual cuenta con una población de
110 trabajadores, la muestra estuvo constituida por 86 usuarios internos, en donde el 32.6% de los
usuarios internos conocían la filosofía organizacional, mientras que 67.4% la desconocían. En tanto,
en la satisfacción del usuario interno, las dimensiones con los valores más altos fueron
“interrelaciones con los compañeros de trabajo” e “interacción con el jefe inmediato”, con una
frecuencia de 71% y 64% respectivamente. Las dimensiones “trabajo actual”, “remuneraciones e
incentivos” e “interrelaciones con los compañeros de trabajo” presentaron una relación
estadísticamente significativa con el conocimiento de la cultura organizacional, después de ser
sometidas a la prueba estadística de Chi cuadrado. Se concluye, que existe relación entre el
conocimiento de la filosofía organizacional y la satisfacción del usuario interno del centro de salud
Yugoslavia en el año 2020.
The present descriptive-correlational and cross-sectional study aimed to determine if there is a relationship between the knowledge of the organizational philosophy and the satisfaction of the internal user of the Yugoslavia health center in 2020, having a population of 110 workers, the sample was constituted by 86 internal users, where 32.6% of the internal users knew the organizational philosophy, while 67.4% were unaware of it. Meanwhile, in the satisfaction of the internal user, the dimensions with the highest values were "interrelations with co-workers" and "interaction with the immediate boss", with a frequency of 71% and 64% respectively. The dimensions "current work", "remuneration and incentives" and "interrelationships with co-workers" presented a statistically significant relationship with the knowledge of the organizational culture, after being subjected to the Chi square statistical test. It is concluded that there is a relationship between the knowledge of the organizational philosophy and the satisfaction of the internal user of the Yugoslavia health center in the year 2020.
