| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional, transversal se realizó con los profesionales de enfermería de centro quirúrgico del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray. Trujillo, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y el nivel de desempeño laboral del profesional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 20 profesionales de enfermería que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario para medir el nivel de conocimiento y el nivel de desempeño. Para el procesamiento de los resultados se hizo uso del procesador estadístico SPSS versión 25 y la prueba de correlación Rho de Spearman, organizándose en tablas de una y doble entrada, considerando número y porcentaje. Obteniendo como resultado que el 60% de enfermeras tienen un nivel alto de conocimiento, 35% nivel de conocimiento medio y el 5% bajo nivel de conocimiento, con respecto al nivel de desempeño el 55% tuvo un nivel alto, 45% un desempeño regular, estos resultados permitieron realizar el análisis inferencial donde se halló que las variables están relacionadas en 0.732 y con un p-valor de 0.000, con lo cual se logró concluir que la relación es positiva, alta y estadísticamente significativa. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research with a quantitative, correlational, transversal approach was carried out with nursing professionals from the surgical center of the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital. Trujillo, its objective was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of professional performance. The sample was made up of 20 nursing professionals who met the inclusion criteria, to whom a questionnaire was applied to measure the level of knowledge and level of performance. To process the results, the SPSS version 25 statistical processor and Spearman's Rho correlation test were used, organizing them into single- and double-entry tables, considering number and percentage.
