| dc.description | Descriptive qualitative research conducted at the Belen Hospital in Trujillo, which aims to analyze and understand the daily life of mothers of children with congenital malformations, for which the proposal by the pedagogue Juan Carlos Tedesco, in his work "paradigms of the everyday" and other authors. Was used for this, 7 mothers were interviewed who voluntarily accepted to participate in the research, using in-depth interviews to collect data. The discourses obtained were recorded in detail for analysis and thus achieve the descriptive interpretation of each one of them; so initially 9 large categories were built, performing an in-depth analysis of each of them. The findings show that mothers, when they learned about their children's situation, generated a strong emotional impact, seeing their everyday life affected due to the instability of their children's health status, causing them to have many, often difficult, feelings to explain; in spite of this, they learn to cope with these situations and fulfill their role as mothers; in order to achieve the greatest welfare for your child | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | Investigación cualitativa descriptiva realizada en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo, que tiene como objetivos analizar y comprender el cotidiano de las madres de niños con malformaciones congénitas, para lo cual se utilizó lo propuesto por el pedagogo Juan Carlos Tedesco, en su obra “Paradigmas del Cotidiano” y otros autores. Para ello, se entrevistaron a 7 madres que aceptaron voluntariamente participar de la investigación, utilizándose para la recolección de datos la entrevista a profundidad. Los discursos obtenidos fueron registrados detalladamente para su análisis y lograr así la interpretación descriptiva de cada uno de ellos; por lo que inicialmente se construyeron 9 grandes categorías, realizando un análisis a profundidad de cada una de ellas. Los hallazgos muestran que las madres al enterarse de la situación de sus hijos, generó en ellas un fuerte impacto emocional, viéndose así su cotidianeidad afectada debido a la inestabilidad del estado de salud de sus hijos, causando en ellas diversos sentimientos, muchas veces difíciles de explicar; a pesar de ello aprenden a sobrellevar estas situaciones y cumplir con su rol de madre; con el fin de lograr el mayor bienestar para su hijo. | es_PE |
