| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la relación que existe entre las prioridades del triaje con el tiempo de espera de los pacientes que acuden al servicio de emergencia de la Clínica SANNA. La presente investigación fue del tipo descriptivo, prospectivo, transversal y correlacional, con una población de 140 pacientes a los cuales se les aplicó una ficha de recolección de datos basándose en la norma técnica 042-minsa. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: las prioridades del triaje en la atención de emergencia fue de 0 pacientes prioridad I, 75 pacientes para la prioridad II, 60 pacientes prioridad III y para la prioridad IV 5 pacientes; el tiempo de espera transcurrido desde la atención de pacientes hasta la evaluación médica fue adecuado un 77.1% e inadecuado un 22.9%, además existió una relación positiva altamente significativa (p=0.000) entre la clasificación de pacientes con el tiempo de atención que acuden al servicio de emergencia de la Clínica SANNA, Trujillo 2023 | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between triage priorities and the waiting time of patients who come to the emergency service of the SANNA Clinic. The present research was descriptive, prospective, transversal and correlational, with a population of 140 patients to whom a data collection form was applied based on the technical standard 042-minsa. The results obtained were: triage priorities in emergency care were 0 priority I patients, 75 patients for priority II, 60 priority III patients and 5 patients for priority IV; The waiting time elapsed from patient care to medical evaluation was adequate in 77.1% and inadequate in 22.9%.
