Organización contable y su incidencia con el clima laboral de la Jefatura de Contabilidad en la empresa ITTSABUS, 2019

Abstract
La presente investigación propone que la organización contable incide con el clima laboral de la Jefatura de Contabilidad en la Empresa Internacional de Transporte Turístico y Servicios S.R.L. - ITTSABUS, 2019, planteándose la hipótesis “La Organización Contable incide de manera significativa con el Clima Laboral de la Jefatura de Contabilidad en la empresa ITTSABUS, 2019”, y como objetivo de la investigación se plantea “Demostrar que la organización contable incide con el clima laboral de la Jefatura de Contabilidad en la empresa ITTSABUS, 2019”, presentando los siguientes objetivos específicos: Describir la organización contable de la Jefatura de Contabilidad, analizar su clima laboral y determinar la correlación entre la organización contable y el clima laboral. Asimismo, la metodología empleada es Cuantitativa, el diseño de investigación es No Experimental, de corte Transversal y de tipo Correlacional – Causal. Los resultados demuestran que la organización contable incide de manera significativa en el Clima Laboral de la Jefatura de Contabilidad. Ello se observa en el análisis de tablas provenientes de las encuestas. La investigación concluye en que la organización contable de la Jefatura de Contabilidad de la empresa ITTSABUS S.A.C.,2019, incide con su clima laboral, puesto que, al tener una correlación de Pearson de 0.831 (nivel de dependencia) y haber obtenido una calificación alta en la categoría de “Regular” entre ambas variables, se demuestra que ambas variables tienen una incidencia directa, siendo significativa.
Abstract: This research proposes that the accounting organization affects the work environment of the Accounting Headquarters in the International Company of Tourist Transport and ServicesS.R.L. - ITTSABUS, 2019, considering the hypothesis “The Accounting Organization has a significant impact on the Labor Climate of the Head of Accounting in the company ITTSABUS, 2019”, and The objective of the research is to “Demonstrate that the accounting organization affects the work environment of the Head of Accounting in the ITTSABUS company, 2019”, presenting the following specific objectives: Describe the accounting organization of the Head of Accounting, analyze its climate employment and determine the correlation between the accounting organization and the work environment. Likewise, the methodology used is quantitative; the research design is non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational - causal. The results show that the accounting organization has a significant impact on the Labor Climate of the Head of Accounting. This is observed in the analysis of tables from the surveys. The investigation concludes that the accounting organization of the Head of Accounting of the company ITTSABUS S.A.C., 2019, affects its working environment, since, having a Pearson correlation of 0.831 (level of dependency) and having obtained a high rating in the category of "Regular" between both variables, it is shown that both variables have a direct incidence, being significant.
