dc.description.abstractThe objective of this quantitative, descriptive, correlational research was to determine the relationship between the level of stress and degree of job satisfaction of surgical center nurses in times of Covid-19 at the Virgen de la Puerta High Complexity Hospital – Trujillo 2021. The sample was made up of 31 nurses to whom two instruments were applied: the first allowed them to measure the level of stress and the second instrument measured the degree of job satisfaction in the nurses, the data. Those obtained were evaluated and processed using the Statisctics 25 IBM statistical package using Kendall's Tau b statistical test. The results obtained show the level of stress high at 51.6% and low at 48.4%, as for the degree of satisfaction it was high at 54.8%, 45.2% was medium. It was concluded that there is no significant relationship between the variable level of stress and degree of job satisfaction of Nurses
