dc.descriptionTo determine the levels of anxiety and stress in 119 students from fourth to sixth year of the Faculty of Medicine of the National University of Trujillo (UNT) at the beginning of exclusive e-learning measured with the SISCO Academic Stress Inventory and Self-assessed Anxiety Scale were applied at the beginning and the end of the semester; with a statistical test of marginal homogeneity to analyze changes in those levels of anxiety and stress between both measurements. It was evidenced that the impact of the ANXIETY levels was not significant in all the measures. Otherwise, the impact of medium-high and high STRESS levels showed that there was a significant change (p<0.001) between both measurements. It was a finding to show, for the students who use exclusive virtual learning, that not having their own electronic device and with a poor internet signal (p<0.001) in addition, having difficulty mastering virtual tools (p<0.05) are significantly correlated with the anxiety. Therefore, this research fulfills the objective of providing knowledge about the non-significant impact of anxiety levels, unlike stress levels, which were significant at medium-high and high levels in exclusive virtual learning in medical students, in addition to determining by finding the significant reasons for the use of the tools.es_PE
dc.description.abstractDeterminar los niveles de ansiedad y estrés en 119 estudiantes de cuarto a sexto año de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo (UNT) al inicio del aprendizaje virtual exclusivo medido con el Inventario de Estrés Académico SISCO y la Escala de Ansiedad Autoevaluada aplicados al inicio y final del semestre; con una prueba estadística de homogeneidad marginal para analizar cambios en dichos niveles de ansiedad y estrés entre ambas mediciones. Se evidenció que el impacto de los niveles de ANSIEDAD fue no significativo en todas las medidas. Contrariamente, el impacto de los niveles de ESTRÉS medianamente alto y alto se comprobó que hubo cambio significativo (p<0,001) entre ambas mediciones. Fue un hallazgo evidenciar, para los alumnos usuarios del aprendizaje virtual exclusivo que; carecer de dispositivo electrónico propio y con mala señal de internet (p<0.001) además, tener dificultad en dominar las herramientas virtuales (p<0.05) se correlacionan significativamente con la ansiedad. Por lo tanto, esta investigación cumple el objetivo de aportar conocimientos sobre el impacto no significativo de los niveles de ansiedad a diferencia de los niveles de estrés que sí fueron significativos en los niveles de medianamente alto y alto; en el aprendizaje virtual exclusivo en los estudiantes de medicina, además de determinar por hallazgo los motivos significativos en cuanto al uso de las herramientas.es_PE
