Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre Conocimiento y Prácticas de Autocuidado en pacientes con hemodiálisis en Nefro centro, San Pedro Huaraz. La población muestral estuvo conformada por 54 pacientes. Se aplico la escala para medir el conocimiento de autocuidado y un cuestionario sobre prácticas de autocuidado. El procesamiento de resultados se desarrolló en el estadístico IBM SPSS STATISTICS 26 y la prueba Tau b de Kendall Resultados, el 25,5 % de los pacientes tiene nivel de conocimiento regular y el 74,1% de los pacientes tuvieron regular práctica de autocuidado sobre su enfermedad. Concluyendo que existe relación significativa entre el nivel de conocimientos y el nivel de prácticas de autocuidado del paciente sobre la enfermedad renal crónica, considerando que P valor menor a 0.05, (p valor=0.000)
The research was of a quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional type, its objective was to determine the relationship that exists between Knowledge and Self-Care Practices in patients with hemodialysis at Nefro Centro, San Pedro Huaraz. The sample population consisted of 54 patients, the data was collected with two questionnaires, one on self-care knowledge and the other on self-care practice, the data obtained were processed in the statistical program IBM SPSS STATISTICS Version 26. Results: 25.5% of the patients have a regular level of knowledge and 74.1% of the patients had a regular practice of self-care about their disease.
