Abstract
La investigación titulada: Diseño del manual IncluNEE para mejorar las estrategias docentes con enfoque inclusivo en una institución educativa estatal inicial, Trujillo – 2022, tuvo como objetivo diseñar el manual IncluNEE para mejorar las estrategias docentes con enfoque inclusivo en una institución educativa estatal del nivel inicial, Trujillo-2022. El tipo de investigación fue básica, con un diseño descriptivo propositivo y la población muestral estaba constituida por 12 docentes. Se hizo uso de la observación como técnica y se utilizó como instrumento una rúbrica respecto a las estrategias docentes con enfoque inclusivo. Los resultados mostraron que el 83% se encontraba en el nivel medio y el 17% de docentes en el nivel bajo, lo que justificaba la elaboración de dicha propuesta. Asimismo, considerando los resultados obtenidos, el manual IncluNEE, estaba basado en la recopilación de información de diversos autores, en actividades adaptadas según las características propias de cada necesidad, así como también en materiales prácticos para estudiantes con NEE, los cuales facilitaban su enseñanza y aprendizaje. Contaba con 4 capítulos: el primero, no nos veas, obsérvanos, como segundo capítulo, conoce para que nos conozcas, el tercer capítulo, pongámoslo en práctica y finalmente, ya tienes una nueva mirada.
The research entitled: Design of the IncluNEE manual to improve teaching strategies with an inclusive approach in an Initial State Educational Institution, Trujillo - 2022, had the objective of designing the IncluNEE manual to improve teaching strategies with an inclusive approach in a state educational institution at the initial level, Trujillo - 2022. The type of research was basic, with a descriptive propositional design and the sample population consisted of 12 teachers. Observation was used as a technique and a rubric was used as an instrument regarding teaching strategies with an inclusive approach. The results showed that 83% were at the medium level and 17% of teachers were at the low level, which justified the development of such a proposal. Also, considering the results obtained, the IncluNEE manual was based on the compilation of information from various authors, on activities adapted according to the characteristics of each need, as well as on practical materials for students with SEN, which facilitated their teaching and learning. It had 4 chapters: the first one, don't see us, observe us, the second chapter, know us so that you can get to know us, the third chapter, let's put it into practice and finally, you already have a new look.
