dc.description.abstractEn la presente investigación titulada “El Derecho al acceso a la vivienda y el programa echo Propio”, se lleva a cabo la gran importancia que tiene dicho programa en la población de escasos recursos económicos para poder acceder a una de las necesidades más importantes y básicas de toda persona: UNA VIVIENDA DIGNA. A partir de este menester, requerido por un gran sector de la población vulnerable, cobran relevancia: los Subsidios Habitacionales, los cuales son programas destinados a intentar cubrir situaciones de carencia de viviendas. Por lo tanto, esta investigación se enfoca en demostrar el impacto positivo que trae consigo uno los programas que forma parte del Fondo Mi Vivienda, como lo es Techo Propio; este, permite el poder tener acceso a una vivienda digna, siendo que la vivienda debe estar apta para habitar y tener acceso a los servicios básicos como agua, luz y desagüe. A fin de establecer el nivel de satisfacción, se realizó un estudio cualitativo con el grupo familiar que pudo acceder al programa Techo Propio en su modalidad AVN en la localidad de Paiján - La Libertad, en el año 2019. Se encuestaron a 132 grupos familiares, quienes fueron beneficiados con el subsidio otorgado por el estado, para poder concluir con los indicadores de complacencia de dicho programa.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT In this research entitled "The Right to Access to Housing and the Techo Propio Program", the great importance of this program for the low-income population to have access to one of the most important and basic needs of every person: A DIGNIFIED HOUSING is carried out. From this need, required by a large sector of the vulnerable population, become relevant: Housing Subsidies, which are programs designed to try to cover situations of lack of housing. Therefore, this research focuses on demonstrating the positive impact of one of the programs that is part of the My Housing Fund, such as Techo Propio (My Own Roof), which allows access to decent housing, since the house must be fit to live in and have access to basic services such as water, electricity and sewage. In order to establish the level of satisfaction, a qualitative study was conducted with the family group that was able to access the Techo Propio program in its AVN modality in the town of Paiján - La Libertad, in the year 2019. A total of 132 family groups were surveyed, who benefited from the subsidy granted by the state, in order to conclude with the indicators of satisfaction with the program.
