dc.descriptionThe present investigation was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the influence of social skills on the interpersonal relationships of the beneficiaries of the ONGD Luz de Vida, Trujillo, 2021. The methods destined for the investigation are the inductive - deductive, the analytical - synthetic and statistical method, on the other hand, the techniques used were the observation, interview and survey with and with a sample universe of 20 beneficiaries. This research is relevant to Social Work, it is a topic that generates an impact on professional intervention, it has the purpose of raising awareness and recommending residential care institutions, nursing homes and other NGDOs, with the same company name, to work in a jointly, from the first years of the individual's life within the protection system, promoting the learning of social skills, necessary for their independence process. According to the analysis carried out and the results obtained in the investigation, it is evident that social skills have a negative influence on interpersonal relationships, since 55% mention that there are almost always disagreements between colleagues, which leads to conflicts between beneficiaries, Generating that 35% of the beneficiaries consider that they would sometimes participate in the activities while outside the institution.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación fue realizada con el propósito de analizar la influencia de las habilidades sociales en las relaciones interpersonales de los beneficiarios de la ONGD Luz de Vida, Trujillo, 2021. Los métodos destinados para la investigación son el inductivo – deductivo, el analítico – sintético y método estadístico, por otra parte, las técnicas utilizadas fueron la observación, entrevista y encuesta con y con universo muestral de 20 beneficiarios. Esta investigación es relevante para el Trabajo Social, es un tema que genera impacto en la intervención profesional, tiene la finalidad de sensibilizar y recomendar a las instituciones de acogida residencial, casas hogares y otras ONGD, con la misma razón social, para trabajar de manera conjunta, desde los primeros años de vida del individuo dentro del sistema de protección, fomentando el aprendizaje de las habilidades sociales, necesarios para su proceso de independencia. De acuerdo al análisis realizado y los resultados obtenidos en la investigación, se evidencia que las habilidades sociales influyen de manera negativa en las relaciones interpersonales, pues el 55% menciona que casi siempre hay desacuerdos entre compañeros lo cual conlleva a que haya conflictos entre beneficiarios, generando que el 35% de los beneficiarios considera que a veces participarían de las actividades estando fuera de la institución.es_PE
