Abstract
La presente investigación titulada: Programa de FAESOGAK para fortalecer la convivencia escolar en infantes de 4 años de una institución pública, Trujillo- Perú 2024, tuvo como finalidad determinar el nivel de convivencia escolar en infantes de 4 años, tomando en cuenta ello, se propuso un taller fundamentado en la teoría sociocultural de Vygotsky, con el que se pretende fortalecer la convivencia escolar utilizando las fábulas de Esopo. Considerando lo anterior, la presente investigación fue de tipo aplicada, según su finalidad y diseño es pre experimental, trabajando con un solo grupo de estudio conformado por 16 niños del aula de 4 años de la I.E. N° 1568 “Niño Jesús de Praga”. Se utilizó como instrumento de evaluación, una guía de observación. Los resultados obtenidos en la aplicación del pre test mostraron que en la población muestral el 100% se encuentra en el nivel de inicio; mientras que en el post test, después de aplicar la propuesta del Programa FAESOGAK el 81.25% de niños se encuentran en el logrado, y el 18.75% en el nivel de proceso. Ante esto, la propuesta del Programa FAESOGAK fortalece significativamente la convivencia escolar de los infantes de 4 años, en sus dimensiones de: Expresión comunicativa, interacción social y acuerdos.
The present research titled: FAESOGAK Program to strengthen school coexistence in 4- year-old infants of a public institution, Trujillo-Perú 2024, had the purpose of determining the level of school coexistence in 4-year-old infants, taking this into account, it was proposed a workshop based on Vygotsky's sociocultural theory, which aims to strengthen school coexistence using Aesop's fables. Considering the above, the present research was of an applied type, according to its purpose and design it is pre-experimental, working with a single study group made up of 16children from the 4-year-old classroom of the I.E. No. 1568 “Child Jesus of Prague”. An observation guide was used as an evaluation instrument. The results obtained in the application of the pre-test showed that in the sample population 100% are at the beginning level; while in the post test, after applying the FAESOGAK Program proposal, 81.25% of children are at the achieved level, and 18.75% are at the process level. Given this, the proposal of the FAESOGAK Program significantly strengthens the school coexistence of 4-year-old children, in its dimensions of: Communicative expression, social interaction and agreements.
