dc.descriptionIn the present research work "Proposal for a design for the accounting of costs ABC and its impact on the management of the Medical Center is the health of the district of Guadeloupe, it shows the importance of cost accounting ABC and the need for deploy it to the health centers, since that is an important tool with which it must have the administration of an establishment of health to obtain the information that contributes to improve its management. In the development of the work all the activities that take place within the institution are captured and measures, valued by ABC cost accounting allowing us to obtain the cost real for each area of the institution, i.e. measure used in a patient per minute, resources and technology workforce employed by each area and the indirect labour well know areas costs and therefore have a better management within the Medical Center is the District of Guadalupe health.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de investigación “Propuesta de un Diseño de Contabilidad de costos ABC y su incidencia en la Gestión del Centro Médico Es Salud del distrito de Guadalupe, se muestra la importancia de la contabilidad de costos ABC y la necesidad de implementarla en los centros de salud, ya que es un instrumento importante con que debe contar la administración de un establecimiento de salud para obtener la información que coadyuve a mejorar su gestión. En el desarrollo del trabajo todas las actividades que se desarrollan dentro de la institución son captadas y medidas, valoradas por la contabilidad de costos ABC lo que nos permite obtener el costo real de cada área de la institución, es decir medimos la mano de obra utilizada en un paciente por minuto, los recursos y tecnología empleados por cada área y la mano de obra indirecta para así saber los costos por áreas y en consecuencia tener una mejor gestión dentro del centro médico es salud del distrito de Guadalupe.es_ES
