Abstract
El objetivo del presente informe de prácticas preprofesionales consiste en determinar las características de los medicamentos antihipertensivos utilizados en pacientes atendidos en un establecimiento farmacéutico en el periodo de mayo 2020 a diciembre 2020. En el estudio participaron 52 pacientes con hipertensión arterial que acudieron a un establecimiento farmacéutico a adquirir su medicamento. Se registraron los datos de los pacientes en una ficha elaborada para el estudio. Se encontró que, el 40,38% son mujeres y el 59,62% son hombres; el 44,23% tienen de 55 a 65 años; el 76,92% son casados y el grado de instrucción con mayor porcentaje es para primaria con un 65,38%. El medicamento antihipertensivo más utilizado fue el Losartán un 40,38% luego enalapril con 28,85%. Además, el 80,77% tiene un conocimiento regular sobre la indicación farmacológica, el 75,00% sobre la dosis; el 75,00% también en el intervalo posológico y el 76,92% conoce regular la duración del tratamiento. El 86,54% tiene un cumplimiento regular sobre la indicación farmacológica, el 63,46% la dosis; el intervalo farmacológico el 69,23% y el 90,38% la duración del tratamiento.
ABSTRACT The objective of this report on pre-professional practices is to determine the characteristics of the antihypertensive drugs used in patients treated in a pharmaceutical establishment in the period from May 2020 to December 2020. The study involved 52 patients with arterial hypertension who attended a pharmaceutical establishment to get your medicine. The data of the patients were recorded in a form prepared for the study. It was found that 40.38% are women and 59.62% are men; 44.23% are between 55 and 65 years old; 76.92% are married and the level of education with the highest percentage is for primary school with 65.38%. The most widely used antihypertensive drug was Losartan with 40.38% then enalapril with 28.85%. In addition, 80.77% have regular knowledge about the pharmacological indication, 75.00% about the dose; 75.00% also in the dosage interval and 76.92% knew how to regulate the duration of treatment. 86.54% have a regular compliance on the pharmacological indication, 63.46% the dose; the pharmacological interval 69.23% and the duration of treatment 90.38%.
