dc.descriptionThe present investigation is directed to determine if the duplicity of registry certificates in the Registry of Properties of the Registry Zone Nº V is factor of legal insecurity for the administered one. The sample of this study was constituted by 25 cases of duplicity of certificates in the Registry of Properties happened between May and December of the 2008. The study has allowed us to determine that the duplicity of registry certificates in the Registry of Properties affects the legal security and the factors that originate the legal insecurity are: lack of a geographic base (48%), need of high quality of technical instruments (36%), lack detailed description of the property (24%), needs determination of the area of the property and difficulty for the location of the property (4%)es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se orienta a determinar si la duplicidad de partidas registrales en el Registro de Predios de la Zona Registral Nº V es factor de inseguridad jurídica para el administrado. La muestra de estudio estuvo constituida por 25 casos de duplicidad de partidas registrales en el Registro de Predios ocurridos entre Mayo y Diciembre de 2008. El estudio nos ha permitido determinar que la duplicidad de partidas en el Registro de Predios afecta la seguridad jurídica del administrado y los factores que originan la inseguridad jurídica son: falta de una base gráfica (48%), necesidad de alta calidad de instrumentos técnicos (36%), falta descripción detallada del predio (24%), falta de determinación del área del predio y la dificultad para la ubicación del predio (4%)es_PE
