dc.descriptionA controlled, laboratory-scale, which is sought to evaluate the effect of application of benzylaminopurine (BAP) at different concentrations (0 ppm, 1 ppm, 3 ppm and 5 ppm) in experimental study knots raspberry(Rubus idaeus L.) is performed . The variables measured were: the length of the largest outbreak and the number of outbreaks. Responses in the variable length of the largest outbreak, were analyzed using ANOVA, with statistically significant differences, Tukey's test result showed that the concentration of 1ppm gives better results. dc.description.abstractSe realizó un estudio experimental controlado, a nivel de laboratorio, en la que se buscaba evaluar el efecto de la aplicación de bencilaminopurina (BAP) a diferentes concentraciones (0ppm, 1ppm, 3ppm y 5ppm) en nudos de frambuesa (rubus idaeus L.). Las variables medidas fueron: longitud de brote mayor y número de brotes. Las respuestas en la variable longitud de brote mayor, se analizaron con el método ANOVA, encontrándose diferencias estadísticamente significativas, consecuentemente el test de Tukey demostró que la concentración de 1ppm da mejores resultados. Las respuestas en la variable número de brote mayor, se analizaron teniendo en cuenta un Modelo Lineal Generalizado (MLG), específicamente el modelo Log-lineal de Poisson (dada la naturaleza discreta de la variable); encontrándose que no existen diferencias estadísticamente significativas, aun así, en la concentración de 1ppm se observa mayor respuesta en esta variable.es_ES
