dc.descriptionThe present work is a descriptive study that aims to determine the consumption of analgesics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatories, dispensed in a Pharmaceutical Establishment of Trujillo, 2014-2017 , the sample universe being the population formed by the care of patients who arrived at the pharmaceutical establishment. of data it was found that of the generic study drugs, the most consumed NSAID was Naproxen Sodium 550 mg, with a total consumption of 6631 units sold and dispensed. Likewise, of the medicines with commercial denomination, the NSAID of greater consumption was Apronax 550 mg, with 4778 units sold and dispensed. In both cases, the year that was sold the most was 2017. Regarding the economic cost of the NSAIDs under study, it was determined that taking into account the real unit price of each of them and the number of units dispensed, it was determined that Apronax of 550 mg and naproxen sodium of 550 mg are the NSAIDs that have demanded a greater economic expensees_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo es un estudio descriptivo que tiene por objetivo determinar el consumo de analgésicos y antiinflamatorios no esteroideos, dispensados en un Establecimiento Farmacéutico de Trujillo, 2014-2017, siendo el universo muestral la población conformada por las atenciones de pacientes que llegaron al establecimiento farmacéutico. Del análisis de datos se encontró que de los medicamentos en estudio de denominación genérica, el AINE de más consumo fue Naproxeno Sódico 550 mg, con un consumo total de 6631 unidades expendidas y dispensadas. Así mismo, de los medicamentos con denominación comercial, el AINE de mayor consumo fue Apronax 550 mg, con 4778 unidades expendidas y dispensadas. En ambos casos, el año que se expendió más fue el 2017. Respecto al costo económico de los AINEs en estudio, se determinó que teniendo en cuenta el precio real unitario de cada uno de ellos y a la cantidad de unidades dispensadas, se determinó que Apronax de 550 mg y naproxeno sódico de 550 mg son los AINEs que han demandado un gasto económico mayores_PE
