Abstract
La presente investigación se enfocó en el servicio de mantenimiento, el objetivo general de este informe de tesis es determinar como el control del servicio de mantenimiento influye en la liquidez de la empresa Resurge Corporation EIRL – distrito Trujillo, 2022. La metodología utilizada fue inductiva – deductiva, de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Para el desarrollo del informe se tuvo como población a la empresa Resurge Corporation EIRL, las técnicas aplicadas fueron la encuesta y el análisis documentario, los instrumentos utilizados fueron el cuestionario y la ficha de datos. Por consiguiente, se obtuvo como resultados que el nivel de control del servicio de mantenimiento de la empresa Resurge Corporation EIRL es deficiente. Asimismo, se demuestra que no hay un control del servicio de mantenimiento y como consecuencia hay un incremento por costos no estipulados, lo que ocasiona que la liquidez de la empresa se vea afectada negativamente y no pueda afrontar sus deudas a corto plazo. Finalmente, se llegó a la conclusión que se tiene que implementar un control de servicio de mantenimiento, haciendo seguimiento de las tendencias para apreciar el avance de la mejora continua, con la intención de disminuir los costos en mantenimientos correctivos que requieren de gastos no previstos, a fin de que el servicio de mantenimiento programado influya positivamente en la liquidez de la empresa Resurge Corporation EIRL. Este informe de investigación está dirigido a la empresa para que tenga una solución ante la problemática expuesta.
ABSTRACT This research focused on the maintenance service, the general objective of this thesis report is to determine how the control of the maintenance service influences the liquidity of the company Resurge Corporation EIRL – Trujillo district, 2022. The methodology used was inductive – deductive, non-experimental and cross-sectional design. For the development of the report, the company Resurge Corporation EIRL was used as the population; the techniques applied were the survey and documentary analysis, the instruments used were the questionnaire and the data sheet. Consequently, the results were obtained that the level of control of the maintenance service of the company Resurge Corporation EIRL is deficient. Likewise, it is shown that there is no control of the maintenance service and as a consequence there is an increase in unstipulated costs, which causes the company's liquidity to be negatively affected and it cannot meet its short-term debts. Finally, it was concluded that maintenance service control must be implemented, monitoring trends to appreciate the progress of continuous improvement, with the intention of reducing costs in corrective maintenance that require unforeseen expenses. so that the scheduled maintenance service positively influences the liquidity of the company Resurge Corporation EIRL. This research report is aimed at the company so that it has a solution to the problem exposed.
