Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general analizar la relación entre la comunicación terapéutica y la prevención de enfermedades transmisibles en usuarios del Hospital II-E Simón Bolívar- Cajamarca. El estudio fue de tipo cuantitativo, correlacional – descriptivo, transversal no experimental (Hernández et al., 2014). La población total fue de 127 usuarios del Hospital II-E Simón Bolívar- Cajamarca que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Los resultados obtenidos aplicando el coeficiente de Rho de Spearman, demuestran que la comunicación terapéutica y la prevención de enfermedades transmisibles con una correlación significativa de .814. En consecuencia, la hipótesis H1 Existe relación entre la comunicación terapéutica y la prevención de enfermedades transmisibles en usuarios del Hospital II-E Simón Bolívar- Cajamarca, teniendo como conclusión que existe una relación entre ambas variables
