Abstract
La presente investigación, tiene un enfoque cuantitativo y de diseño correlacional de corte
transversal, el objetivo fue Determinar la relación que existe entre el cuidado de
enfermería y satisfacción del paciente post operado en el servicio de recuperación del
Hospital II Florencia de Mora. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 85
pacientes post operados del servicio de recuperación; La técnica fe la encuesta y el
instrumento el cuestionario. La información fue procesada y organizada en tablas simples
y de doble entrada, utilizando el software estadístico SPSS V29. Los resultados
encontrados fueron: hay un 58.8% de pacientes postoperados que indican un nivel bueno
de cuidado de enfermería seguido del nivel regular con 29.4% y el nivel malo con un
11.8% , asimismo, hay un 52.9% de pacientes post operados con nivel alto de satisfacción
seguido del nivel medio con 36.5% y el nivel bajo con un 10.6%. Se concluye que hay
una relación significativa directa y fuerte entre el cuidado de enfermería y la satisfacción
de los pacientes postoperados en el servicio de recuperación del Hospital II Florencia de
Mora (p= 0.000; rho=0.746**)
The present research has a quantitative approach and cross-sectional correlational design, the objective was to determine the relationship that exists between nursing care and post-operative patient satisfaction in the recovery service of Hospital II Florencia de Mora. The study population was made up of 85 post-operative patients from the recovery service; The technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The information was processed and organized in simple and double-entry tables, using the SPSS V29 statistical software. The results found were: there are 58.8% of postoperative patients who indicate a good level of nursing care followed by the regular level with 29.4% and the bad level with 11.8%, likewise, there are 52.9% of postoperative patients with a high level. satisfaction followed by the medium level with 36.5% and the low level with 10.6%.
