Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó en la empresa de transportes Rodrigo Carranza S.A.C, con el objetivo de determinar la influencia de la identidad organizacional en el desempeño de los colaboradores en la empresa de transportes Rodrigo Carranza S.A.C. La muestra estuvo conformada por treinta colaboradores administrativos, pertenecientes a la empresa. Los datos cuantitativos y cualitativos obtenidos se procesaron y analizaron de acuerdo a los métodos inductivo – deductivo, analítico – sintético, estadístico, las técnicas utilizadas tales como la encuesta, entrevista y recopilación documentales; y los instrumentos como cuestionario, guía de entrevista, registro de entrevista y fuentes documentales. A fin de llevar a cabo el análisis de los resultados obtenidos se procedió a la interpretación de las tablas y figuras considerando los indicadores de las variables de estudio tanto independiente como dependiente, coherentemente con la información del tema de investigación. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se concluye que la identidad organizacional influye de manera significativa afectando negativamente el desempeño laboral, evidenciándose en la inadecuada comunicación, desmotivación y débil trabajo en equipo.
ABSTRACT The present investigation was carried out in the transport company Rodrigo Carranza S.A.C, with the objective of determining the influence of organizational identity on the performance of employees in the company transportes Rodrigo Carranza S.A.C. The sample consisted of thirty administrative collaborators, belonging to the company. The quantitative and qualitative data obtained were processed and analyzed according to the inductive - deductive, analytical - synthetic, statistical methods, the techniques used such as the survey, interview and documentary compilation; and instruments such as questionnaire, interview guide, interview record and documentary sources. In order to carry out the analysis of the results obtained, the tables and figures were interpreted considering the indicators of the study variables, both independent and dependent, consistent with the information on the research topic. According to the results obtained, it is concluded that organizational identity has a significant influence, negatively affecting job performance, evidenced in inadequate communication, demotivation and weak teamwork.
