| dc.description.abstract | La investigación de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo, transversal o transaccional y correlacional; cuyo objetivo fue determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y prácticas en el neurodesarrollo de los recién nacidos prematuros hospitalizados en el área de cuidados intensivos neonatales del Hospital Regional Docente de Cajamarca, 2022. La población estuvo constituida por 16 enfermeras, a quienes se aplicó los instrumentos: “Cuestionario Nivel de Conocimiento de las enfermeras sobre el cuidado centrado en el neurodesarrollo del prematuro” y “Lista de Cotejo Práctica de las enfermeras sobre el cuidado centrado en el neurodesarrollo del prematuro”. Fueron procesados en el SPSS v25 y presentados en tablas estadísticas simples y de doble entrada usando prueba el indicador d de Sumer. Se encontraron los siguientes resultados, un 63% tiene un nivel de conocimiento alto, 31% un nivel de conocimiento medio y solo un 6% fue bajo. También en cuanto a la práctica el 69% presentan prácticas adecuadas y 31% inadecuadas. Se concluyó que existe asociación significativa entre el nivel de conocimientos y prácticas de enfermería en neurodesarrollo de recién nacidos prematuros, según el indicador d de Sumer. d= 0.600 T=2.626 Sig.=0.00 | |
| dc.description.abstract | Quantitative, descriptive, transversal or transactional and correlational research; whose objective was to determine the relationship between knowledge and practices in the neurodevelopment of premature newborns hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care area of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Cajamarca, 2022. The population was made up of 16 nurses, to whom the instruments were applied. . applied. : “Questionnaire Level of Knowledge of nurses on care focused on the neurodevelopment of premature babies” and “Practical Checklist of nurses on care focused on the neurodevelopment of premature babies.” They were processed in SPSS v25 and presented in simple double-entry statistical tables using Sumer's d indicator.
