dc.descriptionThis work is called: Influence of management of the Association of Hotels, Restaurants and relation of tourism of La Libertad in tourism development in the region of La Libertad, This thesis aims to determine the influence of management of AHORA LA LIBERTAD in tourism development in the region. This association groups accomodation of establishments, restaurants and tourism related businesses of La Libertad. AHORA LA LIBERTAD makes actions influencing management positively reflected in the trainings for the staff of associated enterprises in different areas of interest. The management is also reflected in the promotion of the destination of La Libertad by regional, national and international tourism events involving the promotion of the region. For all activities are carried out successfully the association must have partnerships with institutions and AHORA LA LIBERTAD know this and has and maintains strategic partnerships with public and private institutions that support the management of workshops and events to develop for tourism to La Libertad and also our Peru.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo denominado: Influencia de la gestión de la Asociación de Hoteles, Restaurantes y Afines de La Libertad en el desarrollo turístico de la región La Libertad, tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de la gestión de AHORA LA LIBERTAD en el desarrollo turístico de la región. Esta asociación turística agrupa a establecimientos de hospedaje, restaurantes y afines al turismo de La Libertad. Debido a las acciones que AHORA LA LIBERTAD efectúa, la influencia de su gestión es positiva la cual se ve reflejada en las capacitaciones que realiza para el personal de las empresas asociadas en las diferentes áreas de interés. La gestión de AHORA LA LIBERTAD también se ve reflejada en la promoción del destino turístico de La Libertad mediante eventos regionales, nacionales e internacionales que impliquen la promoción de la región. Para que todas las actividades se realicen con éxito se tiene que tener alianzas con instituciones, y AHORA LA LIBERTAD es conocedora de ello, es por ello que tiene y mantiene alianzas estratégicas con instituciones públicas y privadas que apoyan en la gestión de la realización de talleres y eventos para desarrollar turísticamente a La Libertad y por ende a nuestro Perú.es_ES
