Abstract
La presente investigación titulada Taller Baúl de los afectos para fortalecer vínculos familiares del aula de 3 años de una Institución Educativa, Trujillo, 2022, tuvo como objetivo demostrar en qué medida la propuesta del Taller Baúl de los afectos fortalece los vínculos familiares del aula de 3 años de una Institución Educativa N°1638 Pasitos deJesús, Trujillo-2022. La presente investigación fue elaborada a partir de las necesidades de los niños, en la parte afectiva, se observó niños poco expresivos en sus emociones, con apego inseguro, poco sociables, tristes, cabizbajos, falta de diálogo, asustados, e incluso se escuchaba comentar que en casa solamente están con el abuelo, abuela o primas y se observaba que sentían la necesidad de pasar tiempo con sus padres, de sentir ese amor, cariño y afecto que todo niño necesita para ser feliz, esto fue lo que me condujo a desarrollar la propuesta planteada. La investigación fue cuantitativa, de tipo aplicada, diseño pre experimental, la población estuvo constituida por 246 padres de familia y 249 entre niños y niñas matriculados en la I.E. N°1638 “Pasitos de Jesús” – Urb. Los Pinos en el año escolar 2022, la muestra fue compuesta haciendo uso de la técnica de muestreo no probabilístico de tipo intencional, donde participaron 17 padres de familia, 7 niños y 10 niñas de 3 años “A” del turno mañana – aula anaranjada. El instrumento de recolección de datos que se utilizó fue un cuestionario de entrevista, el cuál fue validado por juicio de expertos. Teniendo como resultado que 0 padres de familia se encontraban en el nivel logrado representando al 0%, 6 padres de familia en el nivel en proceso representando el 35%, 11 padres de familia en el nivel en proceso representando el 65%, lo que valida la elaboración de la propuesta del Taller Baúl de los afectos para fortalecer vínculos familiares.

The present investigation was elaborated from the needs of the children, in the affective part, it was observed children who were not very expressive in their emotions, with insecure attachment, not very sociable, sad, crestfallen, lack of dialogue, scared, and even heard comments that at home they are only with their grandfather, grandmother or cousins and it was observed that they felt the need to spend time with their parents, to feel that love, affection and affection that every child needs to be happy, this was what led me to develop the proposed proposal. The research was quantitative, of an applied type, pre-experimental design, the population consisted of 246 parents and 249 between boys and girls enrolled in the I.E. N°1638 "Pasitos de Jesús" - Urb.Los Pinos in the 2022 school year, the sample was composed using the intentional non-probabilistic sampling technique, where 17 parents, 7 boys and 10 girls of 3 years old, participated. “A” years of the morning shift – orange classroom. The data collection instrument used was an interview questionnaire, which was validated by expert judgment. Having as a result that 0 parents were at the achieved level representing 0%, 6 parents at the level in process representing 35%, 11 parents at the level in process representing 65%, which validates the elaboration of the proposal of the Baúl de los affections Workshop to strengthen family ties.
