dc.descriptionEl presente informe de tesis denominado, GASTRONOMÍA DEL PUEBLO DE OTUZCO COMO RECURSO TURÍSTICO POTENCIAL COMPLEMENTARIO PARA LA PRÁCTICA DEL TURISMO CULTURAL tiene como propósito fundamental, identificar y conocer los principales potajes realizados por los propios pobladores, cuyas técnicas de preparación hayan perdurado a lo largo del tiempo; de tal forma que esta investigación sirva como instrumento de planificación turística, y ayude a generar beneficios comunes al pueblo de Otuzco y de sus alrededores, de igual forma genere beneficios para la conservación del patrimonio cultural. En nuestra región existe un sinfín de hechos culturales, en los que se pone en muestra todas las tradiciones y costumbres con las que cuentan los pueblos, a través de las diferentes festividades religiosas. El distrito de Otuzco es uno de los lugares más sobresaliente de nuestra región en cuanto a este tema, debido a que su festividad religiosa es una de las más importantes. Esta festividad permite el desarrollo del turismo religioso en dicha localidad, ya que debido a este hecho cultural se genera el desplazamiento de las personas hacia el distrito de Otuzco, que por su devoción son considerados fieles por ello se busca complementar su potencial turístico a través de turismo cultural. Las etapas de campo y análisis de datos abarcaron un total de 10 semanas, como resultado de este proceso, se obtuvieron conclusiones en relación a nuestras variables planteadas inicialmente, generando de este modo nuevos conocimientos sobre el tema y ámbito de investigación.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis thesis report called, COOKING THE VILLAGE AS A TOURIST OTUZCO RESOURCE POTENTIAL FOR ADDITIONAL PRACTICE OF CULTURAL TOURISM fundamental purpose, to identify and understand the main dishes made by the people themselves, whose preparation techniques have endured throughout the time; so that this research will serve as a tool for tourism planning, and help generate common benefits Otuzco village and its surroundings, similarly yields benefits for the conservation of cultural heritage. In our region there is an abundance of cultural events, which is put on display all the traditions and customs with which people have, through the religious holidays. Otuzco district is one of the most remarkable places in our region on this issue, because their religious festival is one of the most important. This festival allows the development of religious tourism in the locality, and that because of this cultural fact the displacement of people is generated to the district Otuzco, by their devotion are considered faithful therefore seeks to complement its tourism potential through cultural tourism. The stages of field and data analysis involving a total of 10 weeks, as a result of this process, conclusions were drawn regarding our variables initially raised, thereby generating new knowledge on the subject and scope of research.es_ES
