dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se desarrolló con la finalidad de determinar de qué manera el Presupuesto por Resultados influye en la gestión presupuestaria de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo periodo 2018-2019. La metodología de estudio aplicado fue no experimental, bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, estudio de corte transversal y de tipo descriptivo-correlacional, con la aplicación de la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento del cuestionario aplicado a la muestra conformado por 15 servidores públicos que laboran en la Gerencia de Planeamiento y Presupuesto y Sub Gerencia de Presupuesto, Estadística y Programación de la Inversión de la entidad, se recolectó la información la cual fue procesada a través del software estadístico SPSSv25. Asimismo, se realizó un análisis documental de la información presupuestaria, presupuestos institucionales de apertura, modificados y ejecutados en el periodo de estudio. Se concluye que el Presupuesto por Resultados influye de manera positiva en un 61.3% en la gestión presupuestaria de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo periodo 2018-2019; sin embargo, se debe priorizar y optimizar la asignación y ejecución del gasto público hacia el instrumento del enfoque por resultados: programas presupuestales; y, utilizar la información de desempeño para la toma de decisiones, con el objetivo de que la ejecución del presupuesto institucional se realice bajo un enfoque por resultados y orientado a la calidad del gasto público.es_PE
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The present investigation was developed with the purpose of determining how the Budget by results influences the budget management of the municipal public government of Trujillo period 2018-2019. The applied methodology focused on a quantitative approach, cross-sectional and descriptive-correlational study, through the survey technique and the questionnaire instrument applied to 15 public servers who work in the Planning and budget management and sub management of budget, statistics and investment programming of the investment of the entity, the information was collected and processed with the statistical software SPSS v25. Likewise, a documentary analysis of the budget information was carried out, opening institutional budgets, modified and executed in the study period. It is concluded that the Budget by results influences in a positive way with 61.3% on the budget management of the municipal public government of Trujillo period 2018-2019; however, it is necessary to prioritize and optimize the allocation and execution of public spending towards the results-based approach instrument: budget programs and use performance information for decision-making, with the objective that the execution of the institutional budget is carried out under results-based approach and oriented to the quality of public spending.
