Propuesta de mejora en la cadena de abastecimiento de la Empresa Agroindustrial Export Valle Verde s.a.c. aplicando herramientas de gestión logística

dc.descriptionIn the present research, a logistics management model was proposed to improve the supply chain of the company Export Valle Verde S.A.C. Our study was based on the necessity of the logistics area to reduce their costs of operations, as well as to improve their level of service to the internal client and increase their efficiency. As a study objective, a proposal for improvement was made in the supply chain management of the company Export Valle Verde S.A.C. applying logistics management tools. For our non experimental - transeccional type research; specialized bibliography, theses and web pages have been consulted. First, historical data have been collected from the logistics activities during a study period of two (2) years (2015 and 2016). Subsequently, with these data, diagnoses were performed about logistics management, purchasing, suppliers, warehouse and inventories management. Then, based on these diagnoses, a redesign of the logistics management model was proposed that corrected the aforementioned problems, which included: new organizational structure, organization and functions manual (MOF), purchasing and supplier policies, perfectly defined and standardized logistic processes and procedures (indicating the responsible person for each activity), defined purchases and inventories management indicators, ABC classification of materials, demand forecasts, cataloging of materials, redistribution of the warehouse area, and establishment of safety standards in warehouse. In the end, the proposed improvements were analyzed with a costs evaluation. Finally, it was concluded that the new proposed model of logistics management will bring a saving of s/. 108 909.45 per year to the company Export Valle Verde S.A.C., which corresponds to 45,77% of the money invested in the warehouse. It will also increase the warehouse's productivity from 7,12 to 17,61 items per sol, and it will bring other intangible benefits related to efficiency and organization.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEn la presente tesis se propuso un modelo de gestión logística para mejorar la cadena de abastecimiento de la empresa Export Valle Verde S.A.C. Nuestro estudio se sustentó en la necesidad del área logística de reducir sus costos de operaciones, así como también mejorar su nivel de servicio al cliente interno y aumentar su eficiencia. Como objetivo de estudio, se elaboró una propuesta de mejora en la gestión de la cadena de abastecimiento de la empresa Export Valle Verde S.A.C. aplicando herramientas de gestión logística. Para nuestra investigación del tipo no experimental – transeccional, se ha consultado bibliografía especializada, tesis y páginas web. Primero, se han recaudado datos históricos de las actividades logísticas durante un periodo de estudio de dos (2) años (2015 y 2016). Posteriormente, con dichos datos se realizaron diagnósticos de la gestión logística, de compras, proveedores, almacén e inventarios. Luego, en base a dichos diagnósticos, se propuso un rediseño del modelo de gestión logística que corregía los problemas antes mencionados, en el cual se incluyeron: nueva estructura organizacional, manual de organización y funciones (MOF), políticas de compras y de proveedores, procedimientos y procesos logísticos perfectamente definidos y estandarizados (señalando a la persona responsable de cada actividad), indicadores de gestión de compras y de inventarios definidos, clasificación ABC de materiales, selección del modelo de gestión de inventarios, pronósticos de demanda, catalogación de materiales, redistribución del área de almacén, y establecimiento de normas de seguridad en almacén. Por último, las mejoras propuestas fueron analizadas con una evaluación de costos. Finalmente se concluyó que el modelo propuesto de gestión logística traerá un ahorro de s/. 108 909,45 al año a la empresa Export Valle Verde S.A.C., lo que corresponde al 45,77% del dinero invertido en almacén. También aumentrá la productividad del almacén de 7,12 a 17,61 artículos por sol, y traerá otros beneficios intangibles relacionados a la eficiencia y a la organización.es_PE
