dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como finalidad determinar la relación de la Contabilidad Gerencial como herramienta financiera de gestión en la empresa Grupo Compuplaza E.I.R.L. del distrito de Trujillo, 2023. La investigación se basa en un enfoque cuantitativo, es de tipo descriptivo correlacional en el que había una población de 12 empleados a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta confiable y validada para recopilar la información de campo; los datos obtenidos se procesan a través del software estadístico SPSS versión 22. Los resultados son presentados en unas tablas y figuras donde se recolectó y analizó los datos de la encuesta aplicada para poder determinarse la relación entre la Contabilidad Gerencial y la Gestión Empresarial de la empresa Grupo Compuplaza E.I.R.L. Se concluye que existe una relación positiva entre la Contabilidad Gerencial como herramienta financiera y la Gestión en la empresa Grupo Compuplaza E.I.R.L. del distrito de Trujillo, 2023, según el coeficiente de correlación de Rho de Spearman de 0.930.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT For the development of this research, it was carried out with the UGEL Sánchez Carrión - 2022 as the study entity, located in the city of Huamachuco - Province of Sánchez Carrión, Department of La Libertad, with the general objective of establishing the incidence of work stress in Work performance The purpose of this research work was to determine the relationship of Managerial Accounting as a financial management tool in the company Grupo Compuplaza E.I.R.L. in the district of Trujillo, year 2023. The research is based on a quantitative approach, it is of a descriptive correlational type in which there was a population of 12 workers to whom a reliable and validated survey was applied to collect field information; the data obtained are processed through the statistical software SPSS version 22.The results are presented in tables and figures where the data from the survey was collected and analyzed to determine the relationship between Managerial Accounting and Business Management of the company Grupo Compuplaza E.I.R.L. It is concluded that there is a positive relationship between Managerial Accounting as a financial tool and Management in the company Grupo Compuplaza E.I.R.L. according to Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.930
