Abstract
El presente estudio tuvo por objetivo determinar la correlación que existe entre el clima
organizacional y la satisfacción laboral en los docentes de la Institución Educativa “Víctor
Andrés Belaúnde” de Yerbabuena –Chachapoyas - Amazonas 2016. Investigación fue
aplicada de tipo no experimental y diseño descriptivo correlacional, la población muestral
estuvo conformada por 10 docentes se aplicó dos cuestionarios los cuales fueron validados
por expertos y se determinó la confiabilidad por medio de Alfa de Cronbach obteniendo el
valor de 0,802 para la primera variable y de 0,834 para la segunda variable. Los datos
obtenidos fueron procesados a través de Excel y SPSS V26. Los resultados muestran que, el
90% de docentes se encuentra en nivel medio en clima organización y 60% estuvo en nivel
bajo en Satisfacción laboral. Para constatar la hipótesis se utilizó Pearson obteniendo una
cuyo resultado fue de 0,826** correlación positiva alta y muy significativa, entre
comunicación y satisfacción laboral la relación fue positiva fuerte de 0.899, entre relaciones
humanas y satisfacción laboral fue de 0,703* positiva alta, entre liderazgo y satisfacción
laboral la relación fue positiva débil de 0.399. Concluyendo al tener un buen clima dentro
de la organización teniendo buena comunicación, buenas relaciones entre los colaboradores,
y siempre liderando en las tareas encomendadas, entonces habrá una satisfacción laboral
favorable observando motivación, apoyo en el trabajo y dando cumplimiento a las normas.

The results show that 90% of the teachers were at a medium level in terms of organizational climate and 60% were at a low level in terms of job satisfaction. To verify the hypothesis, Pearson was used to obtain a high and very significant positive correlation of 0.826**, between communication and job satisfaction the relationship was a strong positive one of 0.899, between human relations and job satisfaction it was 0.703* high positive, between leadership and job satisfaction the relationship was a weak positive one of 0.399. Concluding by having a good climate within the organization having good communication, good relations between collaborators, and always leading in the tasks entrusted, then there will be a favourable job satisfaction observing motivation, support at work and giving compliance to the rules.
