Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación, es un estudio descriptivo, de corte transversal y retrospectivo cuyo objetivo es determinar el consumo de IMIPENEM 500mg /CILASTATINA 500mg. En los Servicios de Hospitalización (Medicina, Cirugía, Ginecología, Obstetricia y Pediatría,) del Hospital II Chocope- EsSalud durante abril 2018 a marzo 2019. El universo muestral estuvo constituido por los registros mensuales informatizados de pacientes hospitalizados con prescripción de Imipenem 500mg/Cilastatina 500mg. atendidas por la Farmacia de Hospitalización a través del sistema de dosis unitaria (SISMUD). Para lo cual, se tomaron los datos de consumo del Sistema de Gestión Hospitalaria del Hospital II Chocope- EsSalud, en el período de 01 abril del 2018 al 31 de Marzo del año 2019, los cuales fueron procesados y analizados en una hoja de Excel, tomando como parámetros generales el consumo mensual por servicios. Se utilizó la Dosis Diaria Definida (DDD) para la determinación del consumo de IMIPENEM 500mg/CILASTATINA 500mg. en los servicios de hospitalización del Hospital II Chocope- EsSalud durante abril 2018 a marzo 2019, el cual fue de 0,98 DDD/100camas/día en promedio mensual. El costo mensual de IMIPENEM 500mg/CILASTATINA 500mg para el Hospital II Chocope- EsSalud, en el período de 01 abril del 2018 al 31 de Marzo del año 2019 fue de S/8593,32

For which, the consumption data from the Hospital II Chocope-EsSalud Hospital Management System were taken, in the period from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019, which were processed and analyzed in an Excel sheet, taking as general parameters the monthly consumption for services. The Defined Daily Dose (DDD) was used to determine the consumption of IMIPENEM 500mg. / CILASTATIN 500mg. in the hospitalization services of Hospital II Chocope- EsSalud from April 2018 to March 2019, which was 0.98 DDD / 100 beds / day on a monthly basis. The monthly cost of IMIPENEM 500mg / CYLASTATIN 500mg for Hospital II Chocope- EsSalud, in the period from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019 was S/8593.32.
