dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de investigación se ha realizado un análisis detallado de los argumentos desarrollados por el Tribunal Constitucional para legitimar el planteamiento de la cuestión de Confianza sobre un proyecto para la modificación del procedimiento de elección de magistrados del Tribunal Constitucional a efectos de determinar si se ha salvaguardado el principio de separación de poderes o si por el contrario el pronunciamiento del Tribunal habría afectado el desarrollo jurídico-político de la figura de la cuestión de confianza. Cabe precisar que el Tribunal he emitido un fallo “controversial” pero con relevancia fundamental para nuestra histórica republicana, el cual es objeto de un análisis teórico-dogmático en la presente investigación.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT In the present research work, a detailed analysis of the arguments developed by the Constitutional Court has been carried out to legitimize the approach to the Trust question on a project to modify the procedure for electing magistrates of the Constitutional Court in order to determine whether has safeguarded the principle of separation of powers or if, on the contrary, the Court's ruling would have affected the legal-political development of the figure of the issue of trust. It should be noted that the Court has issued a "controversial" ruling but with fundamental relevance for our republican history, which is the subject of a theoretical-dogmatic analysis in this investigation.
