dc.descriptionIn researching how and when man arrived in the Americas, we find that there is no consensus of what the routes of America's population were, but today two important theories are put up. One theory proposed is the autoctonic, and claims that the American man is indigenous and hat from America he emigrated to other continents, but is currently a highly questioned theory for lacking solid scientific foundations._x000D_ Another population theories, preferred by most scientists, is the immigration theory that man came to America by crossing a natural bridge linking Asia with America. This should only have happened when it had sufficient cultural elements that allowed it to survive the harsh cold climate of the Arctic Thus, the first inhabitants of the continent arrived more than 15,000 years ago from Asia through a complex series of waves of land and sea migration waves.es_PE
dc.description.abstractAl investigar sobre c�mo y cu�ndo lleg� el hombre al continente americano, nos encontramos que no hay un consenso de cu�les fueron las rutas del poblamiento de Am�rica, pero hoy d�a se plantean dos teor�as importantes._x000D_ Una teor�a propuesta es la autoctonista, y afirma que el hombre americano es aut�ctono y que de Am�rica emigr� a otros continentes, pero actualmente es una teor�a muy cuestionada por carecer de s�lidos fundamentos cient�ficos Otra de las teor�as poblacionales, preferida por la mayor�a de los cient�ficos, es la teor�a inmigracionista que plantea que el hombre lleg� a Am�rica cruzando un puente natural que un�a Asia con Am�rica. Ello debi� ocurrir s�lo cuando contaba suficientes elementos culturales que le permitieron sobrevivir al rigor del clima fr�o del �rtico Es as� que los primeros habitantes del continente llegaron hace m�s de 15.000 a�os procedentes de Asia a trav�s de una compleja serie de oleadas migratorias terrestres y mar�timas.es_PE
