| dc.description | The development of this research work was carried out having as a study entity the Banco de Crédito del Perú - Huamachuco Agency, which develops its activities in the district of Huamachuco, Department of La Libertad, with the purpose of analyzing the Development of Electronic Banking and the Acceptance of the external Clients of Banco de Crédito del Perú, the research carried out according to its scope is descriptive, not experimental, the Inductive-Deductive Method, Hypothetical-Deductive Method was used, the collection of data and The survey as a research technique, to validate the reliability of the data obtained, the Cronbach's Alpha method was applied, obtaining 0.790 for the data collection instrument of both variables, and for the Electronic Banking Development variable an alpha equal to 0.740. the variable Acceptance of external clients found an alpha equal to 0.740; The population was made up of 1,200 external clients and a sample of 133 clients was obtained; the data collection instrument was applied to said sample, and with the data obtained it was possible to meet the objectives of the thesis, verify the hypothesis of research through Spearman's correlation coefficient, and statistical indicators determining the duly supported results. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación, se realizó teniendo como entidad de estudio al Banco de Crédito del Perú – Agencia Huamachuco, que desarrolla sus actividades en el distrito de Huamachuco, Departamento de La Libertad, teniendo como finalidad analizar el Desarrollo de la Banca Electrónica y la Aceptación de los Clientes Externos del Banco de Crédito del Perú, la investigación realizada de acuerdo a su alcance es de tipo descriptiva, no experimental, se utilizó el Método Inductivo–Deductivo, Método Hipotético–Deductivo, se utilizó la recopilación de datos y la encuesta como técnica de investigación, para validar la confiabilidad de los datos obtenidos se aplicó el método Alpha de Cronbach, obteniéndose 0.790 para el instrumento de recolección de datos de ambas variables, y para la variable Desarrollo de la Banca Electrónica un alfa igual 0.740, la variable Aceptación de Clientes Externos se encontró un alfa igual a 0.740; la población estuvo conformada por 1 200 clientes externos y se obtuvo una muestra de 133 clientes, a dicha muestra se le aplicó el instrumento de recolección de datos, y con los datos obtenidos se pudo cumplir con los objetivos de la tesis, comprobar la hipótesis de investigación a través del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman, e indicadores estadísticos determinando los resultados debidamente sustentados. | es_PE |
