dc.descriptionThe aim of the present thesis is “THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB SYSTEM INFORMATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo, BASED ON MINISTERIAL RESOLUTION NO. 073-2004-PCM”. Using of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) this are proposed, thinking of the need to improve the software administrative of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo (MPT). Today this administration, is an activity of multiple dimensions (economic, political, social, technological, environmental, cultural, etc.), this one have a high impact at different organizational levels; both public and private, individual and collective on all countries and every region of the world. Many countries have implanted or are planning to implement, as the basic element in the development model. Currently, the company has an informatics system to control the software; however the control about their information centralized and partial in the MPT. Making the excel tables necessary for those processes not provided by the system and still the use of the phone when any area of the MPT, requests information, about the status of their request of software installation. This research seek solutions to all these problems through a web system developer, this allows us guarantee accomplishment of the objectives to this research, helping to improve the level of approval the process of the information required and notification of the software installation from the IT (Information Technology) area. One goal of this project is develop an information system by web, where the employee of the MPT make his requirements of the software installation, as well as keep a detailed control about the software administration. It will show an interface where the manager of IT will obtain reports of all the requests that he made, with the purpose of manage the resources that exist on MPT. The analysis, design and implementation of the system were achieved using RUP and UML. To build the system programming language: HTML 5, JavaScript and PHP 5.4 to all the programming content and the SQL Server 2008 database manager, create and set up a secure area to authorities and employees, This is proposed considering the need to improve the management software.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis tiene como objetivo la “IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN WEB PARA LA GESTION ADMINISTRATIVA DE SOFTWARE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE TRUJILLO, BASADA EN LA RESOLUCIÓN MINISTERIAL NO. 073-2004-PCM”, utilizando el Proceso Unificado de Rational (RUP) y el Lenguaje Unificado de modelado (UML), es planteado pensando en la necesidad de mejorar la administración de software la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo (MPT), ya que hoy en día, dicha administración es una actividad de múltiples dimensiones (económica, política, social, tecnológica, medioambiental, cultural, etc.), que tiene un gran impacto en los diferentes niveles organizativos, tanto públicos como privados, individuales y colectivos. Muchos países lo han introducido, o pretenden introducirlo, como elemento básico en su modelo de desarrollo. Actualmente la entidad pública cuenta con sistemas informáticos para el control del software, sin embargo el control que ejercen sobre la información es parcial y centralizado en la MPT, siendo necesario el uso de cuadros Excel para aquellos procesos no contemplados por los sistemas y el uso del teléfono cuando un área de la MPT solicita información sobre el estado de sus requerimientos de instalación de software. La investigación realizada en el presente estudio busca la solución a todos estos problemas a través del desarrollo de un sistema web, que permita asegurar en forma razonable el logro de los objetivos planteados para esta investigación, contribuyendo a mejorar el nivel de aprobación del procesamiento de la información de los requerimientos y notificaciones de instalación de software por parte del área de TI (Tecnologías de Información) Uno de los objetivos del proyecto es desarrollar un sistema de información vía Web que permita al empleado de la MPT realizar sus requerimientos de instalación de software, así como también tener un control más detallado sobre la administración del software. Se mostrará un interfaz en donde el Jefe de TI podrá obtener reportes de todos los requerimientos realizados, con el fin de administrar bien los recursos que existen en la MPT. El análisis, diseño e implementación del sistema se logró realizar satisfactoriamente mediante la utilización de RUP y UML. Para la construcción del sistema los lenguajes de desarrollo: HTML 5, JavaScript y PHP 5.4 para todo el contenido del desarrollo, y un gestor de base de datos llamado SQL Server 2008, crear y configurar una zona segura, ya sea para las autoridades y empleados, es planteado pensando en la necesidad de mejorar la administración del softwarees_ES
