Abstract
The present work carried out an Evaluation of the biol biofertilizer produced from Marc from the wine industry of Cascas, Gran Chimú-La Libertad”, in a polymethyl chloride tank-type biodigester; Its objective was to determine the concentrations of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium from the biol evaluated. Evaluations of macronutrient concentrations (N, P and K) were made at zero (0), 15, 30, 45 and 60 days; each with three repetitions. The biol obtained by the “Evaluation of the biol biofertilizer produced from Marc from the wine industry of Cascas, Gran Chimú-La Libertad”, was obtained from the Experimental Center of Biochemistry of the Faculty of Biological Sciences of the National University of Trujillo; and, the chemical analysis of the samples was carried out in the laboratory of the SEDALIB company – Trujillo. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and estimation error) and inferential statistics, using analysis of variance, Tukey test and regression; decisions being made with a confidence level of 95%. The results demonstrated that the residues of Vitis vinifera are useful for the production of biol biofertilizers. Concluding that the maximum theoretical concentration of the real fortnightly production of macronutrients (K,P,N) is obtained after 32, 48 and 51 days of biodigestion respectively.
