Consumo de Ceftriaxona 1g inyectable en un establecimiento farmacéutico de la ciudad de Trujillo-Perú, junio-noviembre 2021

Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar la cantidad consumida de Ceftriaxona 1g inyectable en un establecimiento farmacéutico de la ciudad de Trujillo-Perú, junio- noviembre 2021. Los datos se obtuvieron del sistema informático computarizado Kardex del establecimiento farmacéutico, se especifica concentración, principio activo, nombre genérico, forma farmacéutica, cantidad ingresada y egresada. El método de determinación de consumo fue mediante Dosis Diaria Definida (DDD). Se determinó el consumo semestral de Ceftriaxona 1g inyectable expresado en DDD/ 1000 hab/ día el cual fue de 0.00125 DDD/1000 hab/ día, así como el consumo mensual el cual es mayor en junio con una cantidad de 0.0049 DDD/1000 hab. /día. También se determinó que el medicamento más dispensado fue Ceftriaxon 1g del laboratorio Terbol con 808 unidades y el de menor cantidad fue Cefalogen 1g de Eurofarma, así mismo el mayor ingreso por costo semestral de ampollas expendidas fue de Ceftriaxon 1g de Terbol generando un total de S/. 12120, y el que obtuvo un menor ingreso fue Cefalogen de Eurofarma con S/. 2520. Se concluye que durante el periodo junio- noviembre 2021 el consumo de los medicamentos que contienen como principio activo Ceftriaxona 1g en su forma farmacéutica inyectable fue de 2393 unidades, observando la disminución gradual de cantidades expendidas en el trascurso de los meses, debido principalmente a la disminución de número de pacientes que requerían este medicamento.

It is concluded that during the period June-November 2021 the consumption of drugs containing Ceftriaxone 1g as an active ingredient in its injectable pharmaceutical form was 2393 units, observing the gradual decrease in quantities sold over the course of the months, mainly due to to the decrease in the number of patients who required this medication.
