dc.descriptionABSTRACT The purpose of the present investigation was to determine the level of promotion and protection of the rights of children and adolescents by the Municipal Ombudsman for Children and Adolescents of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo. To achieve the general objective, the following specific objectives have been specified: Identify the level of promotion of the rights of children and adolescents. Identify the level of protection of the rights of children and adolescents. Determine the human rights that have greater and lesser protection in children and adolescents. Establish the level of user satisfaction with the DEMUNA service. Regarding the methodology used to carry out the research, the type of basic - descriptive research has been chosen, using the method of the survey and the analysis, for which the technique and data collection instruments were applied: the survey, whose questionnaire elaborated in a Likert type measurement scale. In the process of verifying the hypothesis, it was determined that the level of promotion and protection of the rights of children and adolescents in the Municipal Ombudsman for Children and Adolescents of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo, is MEDIUM with a LOW tendency.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN El propósito de la presente investigación fue determinar el nivel de promoción y protección de los derechos del niño y el adolescente por la Defensoría Municipal del Niño y el Adolescente de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo. Para alcanzar el objetivo general se ha precisado los siguientes objetivos específicos: Identificar el nivel de promoción de los derechos del niño y el adolescente. Identificar el nivel de protección de los derechos del niño y el adolescente. Determinar los derechos humanos que tienen una mayor y menor protección en el niño y el adolescente. Establecer el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios con el servicio de la DEMUNA. Respecto a la metodología utilizada para la realización de la investigación, se ha escogido el tipo de investigación básico – descriptivo, mediante el método de la encuesta y del análisis, para lo cual se aplicaron la técnica e instrumentos de recolección de datos: la encuesta, cuyo cuestionario elaborado en una escala de medición tipo Likert. En el proceso de verificación de la hipótesis se determinó que el nivel de promoción y protección de los derechos de los niños y adolescentes en la Defensoría Municipal de Niño y el Adolescente de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, es MEDIO con tendencia a BAJO.es_PE
