Abstract
La presente investigación denominada “Plan de comunicación transmedia para motivar a estudiantes universitarios a integrar el voluntariado Helpers, 2023” tiene como objetivo principal elaborar un plan de comunicación transmedia para motivar a estudiantes universitarios a integrar el voluntariado Helpers, 2023. El estudio es descriptivo, propositivo y transversal. Descriptivo, ya que a criterio de (Martínez, 2018) este tipo de estudios se enfoca en generar conclusiones sobre como una persona o un grupo de personas se comporta. La población comprendió 384 estudiantes de las cuatro universidades más importantes de Trujillo. Nuestra muestra poblacional fue deducida aplicando la fórmula de la población infinita, debido al flujo constante de inscripción y deserción de alumnos de las mencionadas universidades. Para la presente investigación, los instrumentos con los que se trabajaron para recopilar información fue la encuesta denominada “Inventario funcional del voluntario” realizado por Clary y Snyder y la encuesta acerca del conocimiento de los universitarios sobre Helpers y sus hábitos y preferencias comunicacionales. Se concluye que se elaboró un plan de comunicación transmedia basado en las respuestas de jóvenes de entre 18 y 30 años que pertenecen a las principales universidades trujillanas. Las herramientas utilizadas fueron estrategias vivenciales, publicaciones en redes sociales, storytelling y testimonios de voluntarios.
The main objective of this research called “Transmedia communication plan to motivate university students to participate in Helpers volunteering, 2023” is to develop a transmedia communication plan to motivate university students to participate in Helpers volunteering, 2023. The study is descriptive, purposeful and transversal. Descriptive, since according to (Martínez, 2018) this type of study focuses on generating conclusions about how a person or a group of people behaves. The population included 384 students from the four most important universities in Trujillo. Our population sample was deduced by applying the infinite population formula, due to the constant flow of enrollment and dropout of students from the aforementioned universities. For this research, the instruments used to collect information were the survey called “Functional Inventory of Volunteers” conducted by Clary and Snyder and the survey about the knowledge of university students about Helpers and their communication habits and preferences. It is concluded that the transmedia communication plan was developed to motivate university students to join the Helpers volunteer program, which includes a transmedia communication plan was developed based on the responses of young people between 18 and 30 years old who belong to the main universities in Trujillo. The tools used were experiential strategies, publications on social networks, storytelling and testimonies of volunteers.
