dc.descriptionThe present thesis project aims to demonstrate the technical, economic, financial and environmental feasibility of castilla beans exports, establishing its plant in Piura Region. The growing demand for this bean is reflected in the section on market research, which reflects approximately 62,185 Tons unsatisfied demand for the first year. According to the evaluation of alternative micro-location, it is concluded that the choice for implementing our project is in the Valley of Chira – Piura - Piura, within an area of 111,635 m2 and an initial production capacity of 67,150 kg of castilla beans. The initial investment goes up to US$ 203,953.74, which will be financed in a 51.81% by our investors and a 40.19% by COFIDE. According to the economic evaluation, we obtained the following: VANE of US$ 164,745.44 with a TIRE of 36.01%, and in the financial evaluation we obtained a VANF of US$ 177,546.65 and a TIRF of 45.96%. The study demonstrates the technical, economic and financial feasibility of the project, at the same, an environmental and social impact assessment shown in order to minimize the negative effects that may arise during the implementation and execution of the project.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de tesis busca demostrar la viabilidad técnica, económica, financiera y ambiental para la exportación de Frijol Castilla, estableciendo su planta en la Región Piura. La creciente demanda por este producto se refleja en el apartado de estudio de mercado, el cual refleja una demanda insatisfecha aproximada de 62,185 TN para el primer año. Según la evaluación de alternativas de micro-localización, se concluye que la opción elegida para la implementación de nuestra planta es en el Valle del Chira – Piura – Piura abarcando un área de 111,635 m2 y con una capacidad inicial de 67,150 Kg de frejol castilla. La inversión inicial asciende a US$ 203,953.74, la cual será cubierta en un 51.81% por aporte propio y en un 40.19% por financiamiento de COFIDE. De acuerdo a la evaluación económica, obtuvimos un VANE de US$ 164,745.44 con una TIRE de 36.01%, y en la evaluación financiera nos resulta un VANF de US$ 177,546.65 y una TIRF de 45.96%. El estudio demuestra la viabilidad técnica, económica y financiera del proyecto, a su vez, se muestra una evaluación de impacto ambiental y social para minimizar los efectos negativos que pudiera surgir durante la implementación y ejecución del proyecto.es_ES
