Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación comprende el análisis de cómo influyen las relaciones interpersonales en el clima organizacional de los trabajadores de la Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros – SUNARP, Zona Registral Nº V Sede Trujillo – 2013, es decir, a las relaciones interpersonales influyen significativamente en el clima organizacional de los trabajadores. Además comprende este estudio sobre las relaciones comunicacionales interpersonales, influyen de manera diferenciada en el clima organizacional expresada en las estructuras jerarquizadas, las responsabilidades en las decisiones y las relaciones formales entre jefes y subordinados y las relaciones no formales de amistad de los trabajadores de la Zona Registral Nº V Sede Trujillo.
Description
The present work of investigation understands the analysis of how SUNARP influences the interpersonal relations in the climate organizacional of the workers of the National Superintendence of the Records-, Zone Registral N º V Sede Trujillo - 2013, that is to say, to the interpersonal relations influences significantly the climate organizacional of the workers. In addition he understands this study on the communication interpersonal relations, V Sede influences of way differentiated in the climate organizacional expressed in the organized into a hierarchy structures, the responsibilities in the decisions and the formal relations between chiefs and subordinates and the not formal relations of friendship of the workers of the Zone Registral N º Trujillo.
