Abstract
The work whose objective is: Eworks a proposal of operative procedures standards (POE) and general records of manufacture (RM) in the area of Galenic formulations of the service of pharmacy of the Hospital IV Víctor Lazarte Echegaray-Trujillo; sprout as of the made evident need during the year of pharmaceutical boarding school carried out in área happiness. In this inform the POE proposal understands the modification of the substructure for the good functioning of the area of Galenic formulations, |flujograma of attention to the patient and preparation of the Galenic formulations, general instructions for the manufacture of Galenic formulations, hands of physician wash, instructions to carry out the cleaning of the surface of work and equipments, instructions to carry out the cleaning and disinfection of the floor of the area of Galenic formulations, complaints of register and/or returns. The R. M. content of the formulations understands: Egrinding and Hidratantes, protective, to stringenteses, Queratolíticos, caustic, Queratoplásticos, rubefacient, antiseptic, antibiotic commonplaces, to antiseborreicoses and Despigmentantes. With this report of boarding school reached to to him the following conclusions: develop a proposal of operative procedures standards (POE) in the area of Galenic formulations of the service of pharmacy of the Hospital IV Víctor Lazarte Echegaray-Trujillo, elaborated the general records of manufacture of the pharmaceutical preparations that it is carried out in area happiness

El trabajo cuyo objetivo es: Elaborar una propuesta de Procedimientos Operativos Estándares (POEs) y Registros de Manufactura (RM) en el área de formulaciones galénicas del Servicio de Farmacia del Hospital IV Víctor Lazarte Echegaray – Trujillo; nace a partir de la necesidad evidenciada durante el año de internado Farmacéutico realizado en dicha área. En este informe la propuesta de POEs; comprende la modificación de la infraestructura para el buen funcionamiento del área de formulaciones galénicas, flujograma de atención al paciente y preparación de las formulaciones galénicas, instrucciones generales para la elaboración de formulaciones galénicas, lavado clínico de manos, instrucciones para realizar la limpieza de la superficie de trabajo y equipos, instrucciones para realizar la limpieza y desinfección del piso del área de formulaciones galénicas, registro de quejas y/o devoluciones. El contenido del R. M. de las formulaciones comprende: Emolientes e Hidratantes, Protectores, Astringentes, Queratolíticos, Cáusticos, Queratoplásticos, Rubefacientes, Antisépticos, Antibióticos tópicos, Antiseborreicos y Despigmentantes. Con este informe de internado se llegó a las siguientes conclusiones: Se desarrolló una propuesta de Procedimientos Operativos Estándares (POEs) en el área de formulaciones galénicas del Servicio de Farmacia del Hospital IV Víctor Lazarte Echegaray – Trujillo, se elaboró los Registros de Manufactura de los preparados que se realizan en dicha área.
