Abstract
RESUMEN
La presente investigación tuvo como finalidad establecer los efectos de la aplicación del Programa de gestión pedagógica para mejorar el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa “Ramón Castilla” Luya - 2016.
El tipo de investigación fue de tipo básico y nivel explicativo cuantitativo, cuyo diseño de estudio fue el pre - experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 35 servidores entre directivos, personal docente, auxiliar, personal administrativo cuya muestra cuya muestra lo conformaron 28 docentes. Como instrumento para medir el desempeño docente fue el cuestionario con 25 preguntas, cuyos criterios fueron; Siempre 4, casi siempre 3, a veces 2, nunca 1. Los resultados del pre test indican que el 71% de docentes se encuentran en el nivel “MEDIO” y en el post test 89% alcanzaron el nivel “ALTO”. Para la contrastación de la hipótesis, se ha utilizado la “t” Student cuyo valor encontrado fue de 16,496, superior al valor “t” Student crítico o tabla de 1,703; con 27 grados de libertad y una significancia de 0,000 menor a 0,05 aprobando la hipótesis propuesta en esta investigación, y rechazar la hipótesis nula.
Concluyendo que el programa de gestión pedagógica mejoró significativamente el desempeño docente en sus dimensiones, Enseñanza para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, Participación en la gestión de la escuela articulada a la comunidad y Preparación para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, siendo esta última de mayor porcentaje 96% en nivel “ALTO” en los docentes de la Institución Educativa “Ramón Castilla”, Luya - 2016.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to establish the effects of the application of the Pedagogical Management Program to improve teaching performance in the Educational Institution “Ramón Castilla”, Luya - 2016.
The type of research was of basic type and quantitative explanatory level; whose study design was pre-experimental.
