dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo muestra la implementación del Cuadro de Mando Integral como herramienta estratégica en el área financiera; a partir de la elaboración de un Datamart obtenido, a su vez, de la información de un sistema ERP con la cual el banco labora; aplicándolo como patrón de evaluación y sistema de toma de decisiones en las principales áreas de Mibanco. Como producto final de investigación se generará una propuesta que permitirá al banco mejorar su desempeño para así asegurar su permanencia en el mercado con una mayor competitividad y con un mayor conocimiento de sí misma.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis paper shows the implementation of Scorecard Integral as a strategic tool in the financial area; from developing one Datamart obtained, in turn, information from an ERP system with which the bank works; applying it as a standard assessment and decision-making system in the Mibanco main areas. As a final product research a proposal that will allow the bank will generate improve their performance in order to ensure their permanence in the market with greater competitiveness and a greater knowledge of itself.es_ES
