dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research work is to analyze leasing and bank loans in the acquisition of the units and their impact on the profitability of the Juanjo SAC Transport Company, Years 2017 - 2018, in order to obtain quality financial information for a Better decision making when choosing a financing alternative. The research is of a non-experimental - correlational design and as a sample the Transport Company Juanjo SAC 2017 - 2018 is considered, in which the data will be collected applying documentary analysis of the bibliographic material referred to the leasing treatment and the bank loan and the interview made to the financial manager. To demonstrate the objectives of the investigation, a comparative financial analysis will be carried out between the cash flows of the company in two scenarios, first financing the purchase of the units with a bank loan and then using the Financial Leasing, in order to determine in which Source of financing is obtained a higher profitability as well as an analysis of the Statement of Financial Position and the Income Statement taking into account the two scenarios. Through this research, the best financing alternative is sought for the acquisition of units and efficient financial management that contributes to the company's objectives; A well-analyzed and planned investment generates greater profitability.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objeto analizar el leasing y el préstamo bancario en la adquisición de las unidades y su incidencia en la rentabilidad de la Empresa de Transportes Juanjo SAC, Años 2017 - 2018, con la finalidad de obtener información financiera de calidad para una mejor toma de decisiones al momento de elegir una alternativa de financiamiento. La investigación es de diseño no experimental – correlacional y como muestra se considera a la Empresa de Transportes Juanjo S.A.C 2017 - 2018, en la cual se recolectará los datos aplicando análisis documental del material bibliográfico referido al tratamiento del leasing y el préstamo bancario y la entrevista realizada al gerente financiero. Para demostrar los objetivos de la investigación se realizó un análisis financiero comparativo de la empresa en dos escenarios, primero financiando la compra de las unidades mediante préstamo bancario y luego utilizando el Leasing financiero, con la finalidad de determinar en qué fuente de financiamiento se obtiene una mayor rentabilidad, así como también un análisis al Estado de Situación Financiera y el estado de Resultados teniendo en cuenta los dos escenarios. Mediante esta investigación científica se concluye que la mejor alternativa de financiamiento para la adquisición de unidades es el Leasing y se contribuye a una gestión financiera eficiente que conlleve al logro de los objetivos de la empresa; puesto que una inversión bien analizada y planificada genera mayor rentabilidad.es_PE
